Merchandise will be billed at prices prevailing at time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice
Terms
Net 30 days for credit approved accounts. A service charge will be added to all past due balances. Rate of service charge will vary. Basis: current percentage allowable by law. Shipments will not be made to accounts with past due balances.
Early Orders & Quantity Discounts
Early order and quantity discounts are contingent upon payment of invoice within invoice terms.
Returns
PRIOR APPROVAL is necessary before merchandise can be returned. Only product in saleable condition in factory sealed cartons will be accepted ($5 per case pack will be assessed if returning items not in original factory sealed cases). A 15% restocking fee may be assessed.
Dating & Special Programs
Many programs are announced throughout the year and vary depending upon product line and season.
Special Orders
Orders for any items not shown in our catalog are considered to be special orders. We will do our best to accommodate special orders with the following conditions:
Special orders are firm orders and are not subject to cancellation or return, regardless of actual ship date.
Freight cost may be added to in-season special orders.
We will not hold special order merchandise for add-ons to make freight minimums they will ship when they arrive as long as the minimum amount has been reached.

C.O.D. Minimum Order $150
Convenience fee of up to 4% will be applied to all credit card orders.
