Delivery
All prices quoted in this catalog are F.O.B. from our warehouse in USA. A fuel surcharge will be applied as deemed by the DOT.
*We reserve the right to pass along “fuel surcharges” to all orders, regardless of size.*
Freight Shortage Damage
GMR DISTRIBUTOR will not be liable for product shortage or damage not noted by you on your delivery receipt and reported to GMR DISTRIBUTOR within 48 hours of receipt! Inspect your shipment and count all cases/pieces (not pallets) immediately at the time of delivery while driver is present. Carefully check this count against the freight bill piece count. All freight shortages, damages, or evidence of tampering must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery.
Return Goods
PRIOR APPROVAL is necessary before merchandise can be returned. Only product in saleable condition in factory sealed cartons will be accepted. A 15% restocking fee charge may be assessed.
